Our Day-of Coordination package includes one lead coordinator and one assistant to ensure your wedding day runs seamlessly from start to finish. We’ll meet every 6 weeks, either by phone or in person, leading up to your wedding to review details, answer questions, and make sure every i is dotted and t is crossed. From there, we step in so you can fully enjoy your day-stress free

creating and managing a detailed wedding-day timeline

vendor communication and coordination

running and directing the ceremony and rehearsal

decorating and styling the ceremony and reception spaces

managing transitions throughout the day

tear down, packing up personal items and decor and assisting in loading vehicles at the end of the night
